Before you want to return your order Please read our Return Policy carefully,This is our formal & Standard Return Policy. Unless a new Return Policy is released, handbags and wallets sold by Garbhandbags.com are restricted by this formal & Standard Return Policy. If Products have special requirements on refund, return policies and deadlines,please strict follow the steps and must be returned within the days asked for each item.
Garbhandbags.com will glad to accept the return or exchange in any cases of below:
1 - Product Defects(obvious defects on sizes,design and other severe mistakes caused by garbhandbags.com)
2 - Wrong Delivery(1.you ordered "A" product,but we sent you "B" product, 2. deliver to a wrong address result in customer can't receive the bags)

You can choose:

1- Return for refund: 10 days money refund
2- Return for exchange: 10 days exchange
Return process
1. The customers need to contact us by email garbhandbags.com to give us the reason of return, then you will get our confirmation, and follow all instructions we give you. order number and transaction number for the item should be first sent back to us, also we will send you  return authorization number and return address information.
2. After you receive the confirmation and instrustions from us, please back your order to us. please remember Return for refund item must be send out to us within 7 business days and return for exchange must within 30 business days from the day you received the order .
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.

Return specification
1. If the customer ships the products to us without prior contact us and without get confirmation and instrustions from us, we will not accept refund or exchange the products.
2. the customer needs to send all the request and reasons for return to our mail address: garbhandbags@gmail.com. Please choose " request Returns of item" as a title. In the letter the following issues are needed to state:
a. Your order number
b. Transcation number
c. information of Item(s) you want to return
d. The reasons in details for return
e. Tracking numbers when we agree to receive the products.
3. After we agree to receive the products, please send your tracking number to us. without tracking number emails to us in advance we will be refuse to returned refund or exchange the products.
4. Please remember that all the returned items must be brand new and unused, and completely in unworn condition. make sure there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the products, keep in "New and unused" is the base of return, there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept to refund of exchange in the situation of lost or stolen parts; damage due to personal misuse or negligence; any item with any indication that it has been used. we will make a final inspection of your return products before your return is processed, if you return any physically damaged item to us ,we will refuse to process your request or the products will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping costs and refund commission charge are deducted from the credit amount.
6. Please pick up a better express service when you decide to return the stuffs. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
7. You can exchange your product for any other product in garbhandbags.com for equal or lesser amount product. and we will return the balance if you choose to a lesser value item.
